Originally from outside Erie, PA, Dr. O’Leary comes from a large family of dentists, including his dad, grandpa, uncle, and cousin—talk about keeping it in the family! After completing dental school at West Virginia University, he returned home to practice with his dad for three years. But after enduring the snow-filled winters of Erie, he decided it was time for a change, trading in icy roads for sunnier skies and eventually finding his professional home at Clayton Dental Center. Safe to say, it was a match made in dental heaven.

When he is not perfecting smiles, Dr. O’Leary is either running, spending time with friends and family, or tackling new challenges—literally. In July 2024, he conquered Mount Rainier and is always on the lookout for the next mountain to climb. And, speaking of life’s big peaks, he is getting married in April 2025 to the love of his life, and together, they’re raising a trio of dogs—Remy, Moose, and Vader—who keep life entertaining.

Dr. O’Leary provides dental care with a side of humor and the same determination he brings to climbing mountains. After all, why can’t a dentist embrace adventure—both on the trails and in the office?
